LIZ was awesome. Arranged, rearranged and arranged again my service call. What patience - and on a Sunday night. Hope she gets overtime pay. Cheerful throughout. Poncho showed up EARLY and even had to make a run to an electronics store for needed parts and still was only charged for the basic service. Nothing basic about this guy. Again, friendly and infinitely patient and FUN! We love these folks. Have already called for new work and know they’ll handle it with professionalism and class. Thank you so much.
