StairBusters.com is the only company in my area that has stairlifts, and I had them put two in my house so far, the first one in August and the other in October. They work great but I've had issues with the first one I got 3 times now. The first problem I was able to fix myself, and the others they came out to look at. It seemed the second time they came the issue was related to the last one, so we're just trying to figure out the bugs, but it's a learning experience. That's why I give 4 stars instead of 5. The stairlift we put in in October hasn't had any problems though. Hopefully the kinks in the first lift will be resolved soon, otherwise I'm happy with them.
