The price for this lift was half of the one that we had had installed 9 years prior that had died on us and had needed many repairs. I am so happy after going a year without a stair lift to have one again! I works perfectly, quietly. Installation was fine with a very personable young man.

I would make a suggestion however. As a person with long legs and bilateral knee replacements twice, It is hard for me to get my feet fully on the foot rest, For the most part the front half of my feet always hang off of it. I had the same problem with my old stair climber (that company left the country years ago). Anyhow it would be nice if there was some way to have all my feet on the foot rest. Other than that I am very happy and having my feet hang off is okay now but may not be as I get older.
