The company sent out two technicians to do the installation. They were very good workers. They were both very clean and picked up after themselves. They took the time to explain everything to us. One of the technicians even demonstrated the chair for us before leaving. They were very good! We cannot express how this has changed our lives for the better. This past holiday season my husband was able to ride down to the family room to spend time with all of the family. Whereas in the past, he missed a lot of time being with everyone. In fact, the chair was so convenient that I began using it too. I have a bad knee and it used to become very swollen and irritated with my going up and down the stairs a lot. I no longer have to deal with that and can be in comfort going down to the family room as often as we like. It has really made things better all the way around for our family to be together again without the limitation of stairs.
