After we received our medical referral StairBusters.com sent out the nicest gentleman to give us an estimate. He took the time to answer our many questions, especially since this was our first time using something like this. He was very patient in dealing with my parents who are both elderly and my brother who has a physical disability. We had them install two chairs--one in each of our stairwells. The technicians who worked on the project were both excellent! They were very good about cleaning up after themselves when the work was complete. We would recommend them to anyone in need. It was a very good experience working with them.
