Polite and Efficient!
We were quite happy with StairBusters.com. They installed the stair lift in our house and everything went well. Everybody was good, nice, polite and efficient. They knew their equipment and they knew what they were doing. The installation went smoothly. The lift is operating okay, except for a slight creaking when in motion. I've had no issues with it. Their customer service was great overall.
