Andy was very attentive to our situation and our home. He is a perfectionist and very respectful of our space. We ordered the stairs in the winter and it did take a long time to get the product and I think it was due to all the storms we were having plus it was a special order so I don't believe it was their fault for the delay in shipment. The stairs turned out beautiful, almost like a pretty piece of furniture. They are very nicely done!
