They were great at StairBusters.com. I was having trouble with the insurance company and they kept on and on them. When the insurance company finally came through, Andy had the stuff all ready to go--and within a couple days they came in and installed it. The process took them a couple hours, and the stair lift works great.

The installer was just one guy who did it--and he was quick and cleaned up. Knowing Andy, I kind of expected the employees to be really good. This stair lift is just absolutely wonderful! I can get up and down the stairs without a fear of falling now.
