The folks from StairBusters.com told me from the beginning exactly how things would go and how they were going to put the stair glide in. They had it made and then shipped and when they put it in they explained everything. They really knew what they were doing and they were ambitious. They stayed here the whole time getting it installed. They had a little problem with it, but they found the problem and fixed it right away. Once they got it in, they showed me how to operate it and explained the warranty that went with it and everything. They were very polite, it was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them.
