Recently I had the pleasure of interacting with your service technician, Michael, on Wednesday Feb. 11 at my office building, 480 Mamaroneck Ave, Harrison and at my home, 231 Bryant Ave, White Plains on Thursday, Feb 12th. As the owner of a family owner business established in 1917, I understand that each of our employees represents our firm when interacting with our customers. In this regard I can say that you are extremely lucky to have Michael as a representative of Westmore.
