We turned on the heat for the first time this season and smoke filtered up from the air vents. I called for emergency service and tech Michael responded. He arrived early and got right to work. He found the problem, fixed it and hung around with us to be sure the air ducts cleared residual smoke. Once we were sure the problem was fixed he went on his way.
