Annual Boiler Service - well done!
Tony D came to do the annual service on my boiler last Friday, 8/14. I frequently recognize the Westmore servicemen, who, in my experience over many years, have been pleasant and knowledgeable. I had not met Tony before, but he was no exception. He took time to show me and explain what he was doing, and patiently answered my questions. At the same time, he was efficient and neat. Westmore's staff, including field servicemen and customer service are always professional and friendly. That speaks well for the company culture, and makes me feel loyal about my account.
