Michael was extremely friendly and helpful. Due to some family and personal health matters, have had to cancel our appointments several times. So much so, it was nearly two years between service. So there was a lot that needed to be done. He wouldn’t leave until everything was done and done well.
At one point, I was going down the stairs to the basement, but my cane slipped. He caught me before I hit the ground. I am facing surgery, and had I fallen, it would have been very, very bad indeed!
