I've been a customer for at least 5 plus years and I was going to leave this year because of the way I was treated by your customer services reps. When I called to cancel I got Maureen on the phone ext 117 she is the only reason I stayed. If your people treat the other customers that have been with you for many years I would be surprise you don't loose other customers. Some of the people I spoke with are Carmen and Ruben very rude . Maybe I will see you next year depends on who I speak with when I call to renew
