We had a great experience with Austin! I called Pippin Brothers desperate late yesterday after having a new fridge delivered but a leaking valve in our wall that needed to be used as the water connection. The receptionist walked through the process of someone coming out today thoroughly. We were notified multiple times of new time frames and even received a text with Austin’s picture. After walking through our concerns in other parts of the house and advising us, Austin was able to identify the problem, went to 2 locations to get the part, and come back and fix the problem, and then asking AGAIN if there was anything else he could do for us. Great first experience with Pippin and we will be asking for him again.
