I was very pleased with the work Patrick did on my home. He was very efficient, informative and efficient. He did a thorough check of the wiring behind my thermostat and replaced one hard-wired smoke and carbon monoxide detector. I was very glad and relieved to know the wiring in the wall is fine.
He determined the problem wasn't with the wiring but with the air handler on my furnace.
The timing of his visit was perfect because a plumber who also does HVAC came shortly after Patrick left. The HVAC specialist was able to repair the furnace during his plumbing visit, so I now have heat.
