Ungerman Electric completed several items:

Fan installation on the second floor. The electrician put in the fan in about an hour. After the installation, the junction box was too loose against the ceiling causing the fan to wobble. At my request, Ungerman sent another electrician a week later to fix it at no additional charge.

Replaced two light bulbs in 18-foot-high ceiling.

Installed three new outlets in the basement. One of the outlets required adjusting at the second visit but was also fixed.

They missed the initial appointment but showed for the following two. After it was all said and done, I was pleased. Bobby did great work. He was conscientious and cared about customer satisfaction. The amount paid was probably comparable to other electrical companies in the area with multiple employees and trucks.
