Average.Again I felt like I was played.

I was told initially he would be at the house for an hour since the situation was immediately rectified and was charged for an hour and a half.
I was not happy with this.

We are sorry that Ms Heeken’s had an issue with our pricing. We pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction. Towards this end, One of the things we do is to contract with a company that surveys our customers for their experience so we can learn and continue to evolve our customer experience. In fact, it was through this process that we learned of Ms. Heeken’s dissatisfaction. We will contact her to resolve this issue.
Addressing her specific concerns, we notify our clients that we charge travel time as we have to pay our techs for this travel as well as for the cost of operating our service van. In this case, the time to repair and travel came to 1 1/1 hours. We do hope she appreciated that we responded quickly to her service request and solved her problem with excellence and at a competitive price.
