there was a charge that I feel is unfair as the man that brought the ladder to the first man did not have to hold the ladder I could have held it as I did when the second man came to correct the problem and I am still having the problem.

please see my comment in the review summary and I would appreciate the charge for the man holding the ladder be credited to me as I had texted the photos of the two motion lights as was requested and the first man can unprepared with the correct ladder to reach the back motion light and had to call for another ladder. The second man that came had 4 ladders on his truck and used the correct one to teach the light that is malfunctioning. The light is still on every night from 7 p.m. till dawn.

We appreciate Sarah’s feedback. As we explained to Sarah, the first time we went out to fix an outside security light, it was snowy and icy. When we got there, for safety reasons, we needed a second electrician to support a rather large extension ladder. On our second visit, the weather was nice and we did not need a second electrician to support the ladder. It should also be noted, that we did not charge Sarah for the 50-minute travel time, which we ordinarily do, as we have to pay our techs for this time. Nonetheless, we are sorry that Sarah’s experience was not better.
