We did not know who to call for our emergency. We suddenly lost power and National Grid told us the wires under the house were bad and booted our meter. We have a well so this also means we have no access to water. A house with two adults, two teenagers, and two dogs this was a crisis. Not to mention JULY and no air conditioning. Tom came the next day to see what needed to be done, said would send us proposals in a day or two. Proposals were right along the lines he said and we immediately gave a deposit. 7 days after we lost power, Chris and Tara arrived to handle the situation. They worked so well and fast, and what could have taken 2-5 days was completed in ONE day. YES ONE DAY. Never been as happy with a company that I am with Ungerman's. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. We have full power, water is running, bathrooms are working and we feel like it is Christmas. Thank you so much for being there for us. We called others, no one was willing to help us. You didn't hesitate and I am glad it was your company that did respond to our cry for help.
