I can’t thank Ungerman electric enough for fast responding to an emergency this past Friday morning. I never needed an electrician before Friday. I called a few other places and and none were available until next week despite water hitting my electric box from the massive amounts of rain we have been getting. From the moment they answered the phone they were amazing at reassuring me they would help me before the weekend and the follow through was mind blowing. In less than an hour they had someone to my house assessing the situation.
Patrick was professional and amazing at explaining in detail what caused the issue and what was needed to fix it. He truly went above and beyond for me. Everyone at Ungerman on Friday went above and beyond to not only fit me into the schedule and create a temporary fix, but to set up an all day job this coming Thursday to permanently fix my problem. Ungerman has earned a life time customer in me.
