I called Ungerman with a small fusebox issue on a Monday morning, and was greeted by an incredible kind and friendly dispatcher, who told me that she would do everything she could to try and get an electrician out during normal (standard fee) hours that day. The electrician came right on time, immediately fixed the problem and identified a cause and solution, and let us know about another possible issue that we had been putting off in fixing. Everyone was professional, kind, personable, and helpful. We've used other electricians in the past, but we won't anymore. Thank you!
