If you ask me to rate only their work, I give them five stars. I used Ungerman Electric Inc before and was satisfied. For this job, I went to Ungerman to get it organized and paid in advance. Then it took them so long, almost one month, to show up and do the work. I had to call a few times to find out when they were coming. I'm not sure I recommend them or not because I was waiting for so long. Their work was good. It was very professional. I have no complaints how the work was done. But I shouldn't have been left in the dark wondering when Ungerman Electric Inc was going to show up, especially because I already paid.
