The staff of Ungerman returned my call and gave me a quote onsite in a timely manner, while 4 other popular local companies with great ratings never responded to my request. Although heavily booked with work 2-3 weeks out, Ungerman’s team was able to schedule my repairs one week out. I was concerned that my punch list of work would mean an all-day job, but I was delighted to see that they easily tackled my long list of repairs in the span of a few hours, complete with sweeping up sawdust and explaining to me why my outlets had failed.
