After two less than satisfactory visits from other technicians, I called Ungerman Electric to modify an existing exterior light fixture. The previous two techs from other companies, failed to provide the correct fixture and to rectify their errors so that the fixture would actually work. When I called Ungerman Electric someone actually answered the phone on the second ring. I was transferred to Zach who asked me a few questions and I was scheduled the same week. Dan (as promised) called the morning of the appointment to confirm the time and what was being done. Dan arrived on time, went to work immediately and accomplished what two other techs could not - repairing an exterior light so that it worked. There are not enough accolades that I can give to this company. Ungerman Electric is everything a person could want: professional, courteous, punctual, efficient, and all for a competitive price.
