I suspected my GFI Breaker to my hot tub had failed due to recent thunder storms which caused short (instantaneous) off and on power outages. I wanted the power supply to the tub and tub controls/components thoroughly checked before just changing the breaker. Although not an emergency, Ungerman responded the next day for this simple check and repair job. Ungerman listened to my concerns and met/satisfied all my expectations. The Problem was as suspected, resulting in the breaker being replaced (note: material was readily available on their truck), with the tub placed back in service. The work was completed efficiently and was reasonable in terms of labor and parts. All of Ungerman's staff was professional and courteous, and it was a pleasure to do business with them.
