I have used Ungerman Electric Inc. in the past, which I will address after I address this issue that I called them about recently. I had turned off my power to check something because I did not know which switch in the box to flip for what I was checking, I just turned off everything. Well, I could not get my power to come back on and called Ungerman Electric Inc. to come and help me. The technician arrived promptly and had the electric back on in about two seconds.

Now I will address what Ungerman Electric did for me in the past. I had my house rewired and a new electric box installed by them about four or five years ago. I thought they did a fantastic job and I did not realize this issue until months later. They neglected to label the electrical box, so now I don't know which switch goes to what and that is the reason they had to come out for this most recent visit.

While the technician was here for the recent visit he told me I was being charged for an hour and he would work on getting the box labeled. He was not able to finish labeling it because he ran out of time. I appreciate that he took the initiative to correct what had been done in the past. I do wish however that initially, the labeling would have been done when the electrical box was installed the first time.

I do appreciate their service, they have always been pleasant and personable and really do good work. I think this one thing was overlooked and I don't think on purpose. Am I going to use them again, I would, and I will use them again.
