As soon as I called, I was greeted by a cheery and helpful voice. I received prompt and outstanding service by their diagnostic technician. He spent nearly and hour diagnosing our problem and explaining our options and what was going on. This is in stark contrast to Wohlers who spent 10 minutes and ran out :(
The installers were prompt and finished just when they said they would. They left no messes and went above and beyond. THANK YOU cardinal for a job well done!
