Our technician was great! Very professional and could tell right away he knew what he was doing. He put on boot covers when he entered our home and got right to work. Had the parts needed on the truck and our air was back on and cooling in very little time. He was polite and explained when he needed to be fixed. Very happy you sent me this email to write a review because I even told my husband that afternoon that I should call and give or technician a five star review because he was so pleasant. Thanks!!
