John Florez of Painting Renovations has worked with me for about 5 years. He provides a really good service. I've had no problems with his service in the past, which is one of the many reasons I continue to call him for his services.

Recently, he did an outside paint job at one of my rentals. It's a house that I'm not at that much, but the results were good. He has done a lot of work with another of my homes. In the main home he's worked, he removed the old popcorn ceiling, worked on the granite counter tops, and did some other odds and ends.

John is very outgoing, takes the time to talk with me, and goes over his services with me. I trust that when I leave him and his workers at a house to do a job, it will be completed without any problems.
