First time trying private workout and I gotta say, I already feel like I am losing weight. The staff here are very friendly. Personal Trainer really took the time to go over EVERY single details and walk me through each workout station. I would recommend everyone to come join, if you've been thinking about losing some weight and building some muscle!! =)
