Horrible customer service

Went in on Black Friday to buy a King size mattress on sale for $398 per Tv advertisement. Damon was the associate. He even went as far as saying that "he had the same mattress" and was great, of course he couldn't write up the ticket fast enough. We specified "king" and he even talked about us having 2 box springs that did not have to be replaced...... just the mattress. He ordered us a Queen instead. No call when it came in, we had to call them to see if it came in. Found out it was ordered wrong and that Damon was off...... assured they would get it fixed and would have Damon call us when we came back in. Of course no call. When we went into the store ....he denied everything and said he would never sell a king mattress for that price and that he was going to do nothing to fix it. Refunded the sale as fast as he could. This guy is a crook a liar and the worst sales associate We have ever came across. Will never go back and am pulling our business accounts from this store for future sales on appliances for the Contracting Business. So long Standard Tv and Appliance hope you don't keep losing business due to Damon ........ maybe you can get better customer service training for your sales people.
