Misrepresented products

Purchased a laundry system and service contract in Jan 2016 from the Bend store. Many issues have surfaced with the dryer which has a design flaw. Standard does not stand behind their products and offers no
solutions referring to back to the manufacturer. They are not an authorized repair center for this laundry system. I'm having to pay for a service call from another repair service.
Salesman raved about the product saying he owned that brand. Salesman not at the store 7 months later.
Don't buy from this company.
