We were in need of a fridge ASAP and Travis was very helpful in finding us one that fit our needs. Everything was smooth and pressure free. I enjoyed speaking with someone who was upfront and knowledgable about all of the products. Unfortunately, during delivery there was a scratch on our new fridge, but Travis "made it right" and a new one was sent out the next day. Then, after hearing about the same fridge going on sale at a big box store I phoned Travis about the price match guarantee. We spoke and he immediately honored the price, which I used the difference to purchase an extended warranty for my new fancy fridge. Thank you Travis!
