I entered the store and knew exactly what I wanted. I worked with a salesman named Les. He could not even find the items I wanted on his computer. Once, with help from me, he found the items he had to talk to his manager to get permission to give me a deal. WTF...I'm not buying a car here! Everything is finally ordered. Six weeks later and not a peep from Les or anybody from Standard. I even sent Les an email regarding another possible purchase as we discussed, and no response at all. I finally canceled my order. Let's hope Les can manage to do that! I like Standard but this guy needs to be removed.
