Bought and paid for high end refrigerator the first week of January. Given a delivery date of the first week of February. When didn't show and no calls it took two weeks to get a response. Pushed it out to first week of March. Said Jenn Air is bad at telling them when they will ship. First week of March, no communication or delivery. Went to store, told it would be 2 2 1/2 weeks more. Its now April 1st. No refrigerator, no calls from them , no updates. Ready to cancel order. I understand if they have no control of the delivery from Jenn Air but they need to be more interactive with their customers so we know whats going on. Jean Air seems to not care about their dealers of intimate customers if the stories I'm told are accurate.
