Came in to get a microwave, purchased a high end unit with the understanding that they would ave the unit the next day. Next day I called to verify it was ready for pickup. The unit was still in the warehouse and would arrive two days later. Sales person said the would call me right back. Of course no one called back, I had to call again got the same song and dance. No effort on their part to see if they could rectify the problem. They said they couldn't do anything. Talked to Ed , what a great salesman, basically said take our options of waiting or get your money back. Worst customer service, buy somewhere else.
