Since moving to Portland ten years ago I have had several opportunities to purchase appliances from Standard Brands. I have had nothing but positive experiences! Today's service call was the cherry on top of the sundae! Frank and Zack came to perform a second installation of my new range. It didn't easily fit in the space due to the way the building is constructed. Frank went beyond his usual scope of duty and cut holes in an interior wall so that it would fit snugly. Yay! That saved me another service call by someone else and more money. Thank you!
