Everyone was informative and nice when we purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher here in Sept 2015. However our new dishwasher stopped working in January (3 months later) and when they couldn't fix it they said it was our problem and there wasn't anything they could do. Then in March (6 months) after initial purchase the refrigerator handle comes off in my hand. They inform me that handles are only under warranty for 30 days but other stuff is covered for a year. So my experience is buying two new appliances and both appliances breaking within 6 months. They should stand by their products or thoroughly explain warranties before you purchase. We are planning a big remodel and will not be coming back. I would not recommend them anyone.
