I will Never shop here again!!!!!

I've recently purchased a dishwasher from this company and had nothing but bad experiences dealing with them afterwards. 1st I had a issue with the delivery date and needed a new one and had to go through multiple employees just to get what was needed. Secondly after the dishwasher was installed I was left with a piece if paper saying a new price from what I thought I understood, well when I was billed I made a dispute on the price because the new paper had a different price. When making that dispute I was told my the credit people at Wells Fargo that I didn't need to make a payment until dispute was settled which was false because my credit score dropped vigorously due to non-payment. When I tried to call the company to state my defense they had no care and didn't bother to help me the sales person Joseph didn't care how I felt he wasn't worried about my claim and how I felt cheated and didn't care about the new paper that I had with a different price stated on the sheet. After dealing with this matter I didn't know what to do I've contacted credit bureaus to help fix this problem and without the company to back my statement the credit bureaus can't do anything to help. I feel cheated by the company and cheated by the credit bureaus, I've never had a late payment in my time of owning credit cards and loans. I would have continued to pay my bill if I knew it was going to affect my credit report so badly but I was told I didn't need to pay bill until dispute was handle and the company standard TV and Appliance turned down my dispute without me getting a notice it was denied I then got my credit report that had dropped 131 points. I've been paying the bill ever since and I would have paid in the beginning if I knew it was going to reflect my credit score. I'm sick of the way I was treated by the customer service and sales rep by the company of standard TV and appliance I will never shop there again. I will never recommend the store to anyone I know. I'm a unsatisfied customer who was treated poorly and felt like the company didn't care how I felt. They had the worst service in the world and if someone called or came into my place of business I would have done everything in my power to fix the situation especially if they had a piece of paper proving he was given a different price.
