Moving Mountains

Just want to say that acting store manager John Binger at Beaverton store moved mountains to ensure that we would have a good experience of Standard TV & Appliance. Yes we had 2 stoves delivered that were damaged, the original stove and its floor sample replacement due to no more in stock, but when John found out about our experience he checked the other stores and finding no replacement, generously offered to substitute a feature comparable but more expensive stove from three good brands. This morning John called to say he had gotten us moved up in delivery for next Wednesday instead of the available date much later in the month. I do believe John is a lesson in customer service: you can have good products and prices but your company is represented by the people delivering customer service. I can't wait to see and use my new stove! When we can, we will go back to Standard to get the NICE microwave and hood combo I see promoted in the brand's advertising.
