I had a Jennair dishwasher installed on Friday, July 24th. The installers ran it through a cycle (without dirty dishes in it) and all seemed well. But when I loaded it up on Saturday night with dirty dinner dishes, and went to unload it the next morning, they were as dirty as when I had put them in. The following days have been spent in frustration, trying to get through to the Service Dept, trying to get them to call me back (rather than wait while 15th in line), and then getting an initial repair date of August 10. I finally called Jennair, and at least got some assistance and suggestions. THEY couldn't even get to a live person (14th in line)!!! When someone from Standard service finally called me back (just yesterday, the 28th - so much for the promise of calling within the day if you call before 4pm - HA!), I did get the service moved up to Friday the 31st. If this is the way you run your Service Department, I will hesitate to recommend Standard to anyone of my friends.
