Terrible appliance service.
I would give appliance service zero stars if I could.
We have a GE Range that had the oven control fail in 3 months. It took a week to get a service appointment, another week to get a part - which was the wrong part, and three weeks later it is still not fixed. We make appointments and then get a call to set-up an appointment as if it was never made. Scheduling any service is terrible, no contacts or times given just an all-day window. Requests to speak with management are not answered.
