Went to Standard TV hoping to find a good washer and dryer. Sales man by the name Bill in the Beavertone store asked to help us. I was asking him questions about some of the washer and dryers, he had to go ask other salesmen to get my answers. I finally picked out a set but I was not happy about how little info I got on them so told Bill I was going to wait. After a lot of Internet searching I called and put money down on them. I was told that I would have to wait because they are stuck on a ship and would not be unloaded for about a month. Ok I can wait. I finally got the call so we went up this weekend to Portland and found out out salesman Bill did not tell us everything. They were charging us for every little thing. The dryer plug iwas extra, the dryer venting was extra and the warrenty was a lot more then I was told. When i told the lady that was checking us out that he didn't tell us about all these extra charges, she could made me feel I should just take them because giving a refund is a pain. I hate feeling I am in the wrong when it was a salesman that was not helpful. I will never go back there to buy another appliance from them.
