Recently I bought a new home and all new appliances. My vendor of choice was Standard TV and Appliance as I had always been treated fairly with great customer service.
My experience this time with Owen Turley and Sy Arianna was amazing. Owen worked with me on the phone picking out each appliance, giving me excellent pricing, and when I had an issue with the washer and dryer that were delivered he and Sy worked with me to not only return both but went over backwards to make sure each were replaced in a timely fashion, with a great install team. I can't say enough about how I was treated, the great experience I had and I applaud their customer service. Thank you Owen and Sy. You guys are the greatest ! I only hope that Standard awards you for doing the great job you both do!!
