Poor Customer Service
I have been a long time customer of Standard, but again they have let me down with customer service. My mattress showed up with the wrong size box. They had already taken my mattress and let me know after it was already placed in my room. The guys delivering were great, but told me I had to contact the salesperson. I called when the store opened and left a message for David Boyd. No one called me back. Called again and asked for a manager. They said he would call me back. Wrong David called me. Waited and still did not hear back. Finally called again and David said, "I am working on it" and hung up. Did not say if he would call me back, etc. I should have gone with my gut and paid more at Macys. It is always such a hassle with Standard. Salesperson's mistake, but makes me feel like it was mine. Not even an apology.
