Poor product knowledge and service
After purchasing a refrigerator, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave and electric range, I have many issues .
Overall I can say that the sales people leave out many details about the products. They tell you to look things up online instead. They don’t demo all products. There are too many add-ons such as cords, water pans, delivery & installation charges. What brought us to the store was price and location. When you spend several thousand dollars, charges for installation & delivery should be included. Then you find out all of the flaws in your product. Very disturbing to have things work and sound differently than at the store. In 3 months I had 2 sevice calls for one product. I had to search for a place to buy a water filter replacement. The parts dept person told me I could by pass the filter, which made zero sense. Another product did not come with an instruction manual. Was told to print it from website. In other words, use your time, equipment & materials. The free cookware promotion was a hassle as it required a phone call to manufactuer to place the order online (?). More time spent. The sales manager seemed uninterested in hearing my feedback. Employees from different departments say disparaging things about other employees.
I could say more but it comes down to the fact that you don’t get what you pay for!
