Quality and backing up products that they sell
After being a good customer in the last ten years with Standard and appliance and spending up to $50,000 you would think I would deserve a call back after yet again of fail products within 60 plus days. Being told we have to wait 60 to 90 days for repairs. Salesman David Gander refuses to address the issues with a miss match freezer door and leaving the unit unusable. Damage by the repair techs telling us good luck in getting reimburse for damages they created while trying to fix the unit.
This isn’t the first issue over the ten year span. But mark my words, this will be the last. High end products lasting less then three years and new product that they will not return and replace that have failed out of the box.
Shame on you Standard and Dave Gander. Everyone is better off buying your product from Home Depot.
