Will not take back defective dryer
I bought a Whirlpool dryer for my parents. They don't use it much. Less than two weeks later it starts making a noise. The service guy was very nice and helpful and thought it was related to the sides getting pushed in at warehouse, and hitting the drum. He was able to stretch the right side of the dryer out. Then one week later the noise returns. At this point I talk to the sales guy and ask for new dryer as this one is obviously defective. He sends a message to the service department and the service guy gets in trouble! He could not re-produce the noise during the second visit because they didn't have clothes for a full load. So if it happens a third time, I am supposed to contact the service guy. This dryer is less than a month old and we have had two service visits! My parents really don't need to deal with a defective appliance. If it's the model, refund me the money and let me get a new one!!!! It's not the service guys fault! Get them a new dryer!!!!
