We had purchased from Standard before, so we didn't hesitate to go back when we needed a washer/dryer set. Unfortunately, several things fell short. 1. We were not told the dryer was on back order. 2. When we called to check on it, we got on the delivery schedule right after anticipated arrival from manufacturer. However, when we got the confirmation call, it was not the day we had scheduled! 3. They don't address the hoses and gas lines we needed to purchase ahead of time at Home Depot. 4. Lastly, they fail to inform the customer they will not do any disconnecting or reconnecting of gas lines at time of purchase. That is fine, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.
